Job Mission : The Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, adhering to the hotel's luxury standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create exceptional gastronomic experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with food safety and sustainability protocols.

Responsibilities include :

  • Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Participating in menu planning and execution, incorporating new culinary trends.
  • Managing daily mise en place, ensuring all ingredients and materials are ready.
  • Supervising proper handling, preservation, and storage of food.
  • Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the team for smooth service and quality.
  • Controlling stock and minimizing food waste, aligned with sustainability policies.

Qualifications :

  • Studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-category hotels, luxury restaurants, or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in modern and traditional culinary techniques; international cuisine experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and in team settings.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of English is valued, especially for interacting with international guests and staff.
