A leading provider in the global energy industry is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to implement health, safety, and environmental policies in Coca, Spain. Responsibilities include hazard identification and risk management, as well as conducting audits and maintaining safety records. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and over 3 years of HSE experience. Competitive compensation will be offered.

Formación

• Over 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator in drilling HSE activities.
• Knowledge of HSE standards specific to drilling operations.
• Certifications such as Rig Pass, H2S, Well Control, and ISO Internal Auditor are desirable.

The role involves implementing health, safety, and environmental policies under direct supervision, primarily within defined projects or locations. Responsibilities include hazard identification, risk management, incident reporting, investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention, emergency response, and compliance activities. The Coordinator supervises the integrated management system, conducts audits and inspections, maintains records, and provides technical advice, data interpretation, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Petroleum, Industrial Engineering, SSO, or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator in drilling HSE activities.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, norms, and processes specific to drilling operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in English is required.
• Certifications such as Rig Pass, H2S, Well Control, and ISO Internal Auditor are desirable.
