Your Role
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from national and international clients through phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Prequalify leads by understanding their property needs and preferences.
  • Reactivate client accounts, identifying opportunities to reconnect and provide tailored property recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales agents to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on our property portfolio and market trends to effectively guide clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English and French are a must
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Sales Mindset: A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to excel in a sales-driven environment.
