Our client is a forward-thinking fintech company committed to innovation. At the forefront of transforming the global payments sector, they are seeking an inspiring Chief Technology Officer to influence their product’s technology strategy. As CTO, you’ll help shape the direction of cutting-edge, scalable payment solutions and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and implement a long-term technology plan that supports the company’s goals.
2. Oversee system design and adopt new technologies to improve payment systems and fintech products.
3. Ensure systems are secure and reliable, meeting industry standards.
4. Manage all steps of product development, from idea to launch and ongoing support.
5. Develop a data strategy and build systems to support decision-making and business growth.
6. Build and guide a strong technical team, encouraging growth and improvement.
7. Regularly review and improve development processes for better efficiency and progress.
8. Work with technology partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships.
9. Collaborate with other teams to innovate and achieve company goals.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as CTO, Head of Technology, or in a similar role within the fintech or related industries (payment systems, payment providers) of minimum 2 years.
2. Solid knowledge of software architecture, programming, and managing the software development process.
3. Experience in managing data strategies and building reliable, scalable data systems with good security practices.
4. Familiar with tools and platforms that help build fast and scalable systems.
5. Ability to solve problems and handle challenges in a fast-moving environment.
6. Able to find creative solutions and adapt to new problems or changes.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and encourage open communication.
8. Fluency in both English and Russian languages.
9. Be able to travel around Europe.
