Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Oversee and manage a small team of professionals to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues within defined SLAs.
• Ensure team compliance with operational best practices and workflows to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative data to assist in issue resolution and support the Client Success team.
