Job Title : Business Intelligence Analyst / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain optimal data architectures and pipelines for efficient collection, storage, and accessibility of business data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data infrastructure, leveraging cloud technologies, big data tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure the scalability and sustainability of the BI environment to support growing business needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis into key business areas, including revenue performance, customer behavior, marketing efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, trend analysis, and segmentation to provide strategic and actionable insights.
• Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities where BI can drive value.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security in line with regulatory requirements.
