Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing for new game launches and platform updates.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs and performance issues across casino products.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure swift resolution of defects.
  • Maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Act as the central point of contact between QA, Development, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee the deployment schedule and ensure smooth rollouts of new features and games.
  • Monitor live operations to ensure a bug-free player experience.
  • Analyze game performance, player engagement trends, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Support the Casino Executive team in operational planning and reporting.
  • Coordinate communication and updates for internal stakeholders regarding product releases and operational issues.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in both QA and operational workflows.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Requirements:
