We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our customer base and open doors in new markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), and discovery.
- Build relationships with prospects and understand their needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings and demos for our Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
- Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and hunger to learn.
- Comfortable with outreach and rejection – persistence is key.
- Fluent in [English / other required languages].
