An agribusiness company is seeking an experienced agronomist based in East Spain to lead market development for biostimulants and foliar fertilizers. The role involves supporting product positioning, engaging with farmers and distributors, and providing strategic insights to enhance product adoption. The position is field-oriented with frequent travel and a focus on building strong relationships within the market.
We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.
The growing risks of hunger, soil degradation, climate change, and supply chain disruptions demand immediate action from all of us. At Yara, we recognize that we must be part of the solution. We will do everything in our power to lead a transformation of the food system that helps restore our soils, reduce emissions, and improve access to healthier food.
That is why, driven by our purpose, science, and more than 100 years of agronomic knowledge, we are committed to giving back to the Earth more than we take. Cultivating a positive agro-food future for the environment is both our ambition and our commitment to being part of the solution, reinforcing our purpose of feeding the world responsibly and protecting the planet.
We are looking for a proactive and technically solid agronomist to lead the market development and positioning of Biostimulants and Foliar Fertilizers in East Spain (Valencia, Castellón and Albacete). This professional will serve as the key reference for the region, helping to connect science-based solutions with the practical needs of farmers and partners. While the core focus is on market development and sales strategy implementation, the role also involves strategic support to regional teams in ensuring product adoption and growth.
This is a field-oriented role with high interaction with distributors, agronomists, advisors, and growers, combining deep technical knowledge with a solution-oriented mindset to identify opportunities, build trust, and promote value in the region.
