What You'll Do

• Own and develop test strategies for each SDK and feature update.
• Evaluate automation return on investment for CI/CD pipelines.
• Complete tests ensuring compatibility across platforms.
• Review bug reports for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify and advance critical bugs based on risk analysis.
• Research and recommend new tools to improve testing.
• Coach and mentor QA Engineers, driving their professional growth.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• Proficiency in Unity 3D, Android, iOS, and SDKs.
• Strong understanding of client-server systems.
• Experience developing Python scripts and Mac terminal commands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and implement effective test strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring QA teams.
