Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Applications Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the growth of our business unit by supporting the Quality Management System portfolio. You will ensure that the applications align with enterprise architecture while managing vendor relations and cost efficiency. Your work will involve testing and validation of products, along with driving initiatives for continuous improvement, ultimately enhancing the value of the applications we manage.

Accountabilities

• Ensure alignment of applications with IT Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Domains strategy.
• Maintain proper licensing arrangements for user communities.
• Register all applications with the CMDB following Service Management guidelines.
• Deliver services within SLAs for all incidents and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards for all applications in the portfolio.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation.
• Manage vendors and costs for optimal service delivery.
• Collaborate with business teams and application owners for continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years in application management.
• Experience in vendor management and portfolio application management.
• Ability to gather and manage requirements effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical skills to understand broader business requirements.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) for effective stakeholder communication.
