What You Will Experience In This Position
- Understand the challenges faced by prospects customers and the industry in relation to electrical CAD-driven software applications.
- Address customer issues via phone email chat and in-person communication.
- Oversee progress on customer cases raised to vendors and third-party providers.
- Build and deliver software solution training and professional services (online and in-person) for customer implementations.
- Create blogs videos podcasts and webinars to educate users and provide self-help resources.
- Suggest improvements to customer design and manufacturing processes in the electrical control systems market.
- Develop new solution definitions to meet customer challenges using electrical design and manufacturing applications.
- Ensure customer success through excellent interactions and experiences.
You Have
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering computer science mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
- Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to hold technical (engineering) conversations.
- Ability to travel an average of 25% of the time with the possibility of up to 50% and work remotely from home.
- Experience providing technical support training field support or applications engineering support for software applications. Implementation experience is highly preferred.
- Experience documenting requirements and proposing solutions preferably in the electrical or automation field. Any AutoCAD Electrical experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
- Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL E3. Series design suite or Oracle is an asset.
- Experience in programming or project management is a plus.
