Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable delivery of AI solutions through automation and collaboration with platform teams.
• Closely collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define and scope opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Prototype and validate Large Language Model (LLM)-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to drive business value.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation efforts across developer productivity platforms, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps / MLOps specialist, with expertise in AI integration and process automation.
• In-depth understanding of CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions into production environments, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong focus on security, with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards.
• Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
