Overview
We are looking for a motivated candidate to support EU AI Act compliance, AI inventory management, and governance documentation within Zurich's internal AI risk framework.
EU AI Act Compliance
- Support compliance efforts with the European Union AI Act requirements
- Help classify AI systems according to EU AI Act risk categories
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions
- Stay updated on EU AI Act developments and implementation guidelines
- Learn about different AI models, their capabilities, and limitations
- Support assessments of model complexity and performance
- Help evaluate AI model explainability and transparency
- Assist in identifying and documenting potential bias in AI systems
- Track AI models throughout their complete lifecycle from development to retirement
AI Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain and update our comprehensive AI Use Cases Inventory
- Record key information about AI applications across the organization
- Ensure accurate documentation of AI system details and status
- Support regular inventory reviews and updates
- Learn and apply Zurich's internal AI risk assessment framework
- Document AI lifecycle stages and key decision points
- Help create and maintain process documentation
- Develop visual dashboards to track AI governance metrics
- Maintain existing reporting tools and data visualizations
- Support data collection and analysis for governance reporting
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience welcome
- Interest in AI regulation and governance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
- Awareness of AI ethics, bias, and explainability challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new frameworks and processes
- Good communication and written skills in English are valued
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of EU AI Act or other AI regulations
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic understanding of risk management principles
- Insurance industry knowledge
