What you will do in this role
  • Field support tickets
  • Triage customer questions on application status, exceptions, and reevaluations
  • Rectify credit issuance and billing issues
  • Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs regarding field questions
Your Qualifications
  • Proficient or bilingual in English; other languages are a plus
  • Finance background / experience (preferable)
  • Highly empathetic
  • Ability to deal with objections
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Team player
