For our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or remote in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer with Focus on Java/ JavaScript(m/f/d) to join our Team.

• As part of an agile DevOps team, you develop and operate solutions for Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• You take ownership of the full solution lifecycle–from design and implementation through integration to productive operation.
• In your role as a Feature Owner, you contribute to architecture and design discussions for customer-specific solutions.
• A strong focus on Customer Value guides your task prioritization and helps you find pragmatic, effective solutions.
• Modern engineering practices such as Continuous Delivery, Zero Downtime, and Cloud-Native principles are part of your daily work on highly scalable and fail-safe systems.
• You work with the latest technologies in IAM, API Management, and IoT.
• Active participation in customer workshops and SAFe rituals is expected (on-demand onsite presence is appreciated once per quarter).

• Completed an apprenticeship in an IT-related discipline or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in full-stack development with Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js/React).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly Lambda Functions, API Gateway, and Container Services.
• Experience in writing and defining Infrastructure and Configuration as Code using Terraform or similar tools (e.g., Ansible, Bicep).
• A strong quality mindset, supported by consistent test automation practices.
• Broad technical understanding, strong interest in IT security (e.g., integrating OIDC/OAuth2 in web applications, performing CVE checks), and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• English level of at least B2 is required; German skills are a strong advantage.
• AWS certifications, knowledge of SaaS Identity Providers (e.g., Auth0, MS Azure B2C) and experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android) will be considered as an advantage.

Immediately after your start, you will be actively involved in exciting projects with well-known customers like Allianz, Audi, BMW and Siemens. Furthermore, you will join our Bootcamp for new employees, where you will get to know other colleagues and learn more about our company values and work culture. In the initial stages, you will receive dedicated support from a personal mentor until you have a sound understanding of our business.
