• Develop digital assets for E-Commerce projects, including landing pages, banners, newsletters, advertisements and other digital touchpoints to enhance brand presence and engagement
• Collaborate with the Content Team E-Commerce to design and optimize landing pages for various product launches and campaigns that drive sales and conversions
• Ensure that all designs are visually engaging, user-friendly and aligned with the overall brand identity, maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard
• Ensure high quality and consistency standards, by image resizing and retouching
• Prototype and develop landing page concepts that are both visually appealing and functional, ensuring alignment with the overall design and branding strategy
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the Content Team E-Commerce to develop innovative landing page concepts that enhance the customer journey
• Efficiently handle graphic design requests, ensuring all projects meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Stay current with digital design trends and competitors' visual strategies to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Early career professional with foundational experience in digital graphic design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in UX design and familiarity with user-centred design principles
• Strong understanding of responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining brand consistency across multiple design projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English, with German proficiency being an additional asset
