A fast-growing AI startup in Germany is seeking an AI Implementation Manager to lead client deployments of advanced AI solutions. The role requires leading full-cycle implementations while ensuring systems meet client specifications. Candidates must be fluent in German, with strong communication skills, and experience in implementing SaaS or AI solutions. This position offers a competitive salary of €90–110k and the opportunity to work fully remote within Germany, influencing customer success strategies in a high-growth environment.

As an AI Implementation Manager within the professional services team, you will lead end-to-end client deployments of advanced AI solutions. You will align business requirements with technical delivery, shape and prepare client data, configure and customise tools, and ensure systems are tested, validated, and performing to specification. Acting as a key point of contact between clients, engineering, and product teams, you’ll ensure smooth implementation and measurable business outcomes.
