This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based and work from within Bulgaria.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead the design and delivery of advanced SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions in S / 4HANA
• Translate business needs into scalable planning & manufacturing processes
• Implement robust planning strategies, MRP concepts, and shop-floor execution models
• Collaborate across MM, SD, QM, EWM to ensure seamless cross-module integration
• Guide project teams, junior consultants, and stakeholders toward successful solution adoption

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Translate business needs into robust SAP PP solutions and lead blueprinting, design, and stakeholder workshops
• Configure and optimize core PP components , including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP parameters, planning strategies (MTS / MTO / ETO), Demand Management, capacity planning, and shop floor control
• Design and implement advanced S / 4HANA production planning concepts such as MRP Live, PP / DS, DDMRP, aATP, Kanban, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Variant Configuration
• Build integrated end-to-end manufacturing processes across Discrete and Process Industries (Automotive, Pharma, Chemicals, F&B, Machinery)
• Customize production and process orders , status profiles, confirmations, scheduling, batch / serial management, and engineering change handling
• Ensure seamless cross-module integration with MM, SD, QM, EWM - covering supply planning, warehouse execution, and quality in production
• Leverage Fiori apps for planning, execution, order management, and performance monitoring
• Drive SAP innovations and continuous improvements , applying industry best practices, Model Company templates, and compliance requirements
• Support SIT / UAT, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements , ensuring stable and efficient production processes
• Create clear documentation, functional specs, and training materials to support knowledge transfer
• Mentor junior consultants and guide functional teams , fostering capability growth and alignment
• Engage confidently with stakeholders , communicating solutions and decisions with clarity and impact
