• You analyse and optimise prices and availabilities based on capacity, competition and reservation analyses.
• You make autonomous decisions and take full responsibility for your market.
• You engage in strategic discussions with your colleagues to address special challenges.
• You proactively identify possible critical developments and initiate appropriate actions.
• You act as a key interface across departments, fostering synergies.
• You support the further development of processes and internal reporting.

• Education: You have a degree in business administration, economics, tourism management or a similar field.
• Experience: You have already gathered experience in revenue management or related fields.
• Analytical skills: You have a sharp analytical mindset and feel confident working with numbers and Excel.
• Soft skills: You manage priorities well, especially in fast‑paced or challenging situations, work in a structured, detail‑oriented way, and take ownership of your tasks.
• Team Collaboration: You collaborate effectively with others and enjoy working in cross‑functional teams.
• Language: You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English. Proficiency in German and/or Italian is a plus.
