• Development and maintenance of an IT strategy and implementation plan aligned with overall business objectives and emerging technology trends
• Definition of metrics to measure the success of IT strategy implementation and regular reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives and their impact on corporate goals
• Effective communication of the IT strategy to stakeholders across regions, departments, and organizational levels
• Continuous monitoring of technological trends and innovations and evaluation of their potential impact on the company's business model and operations
• Initiating and leading pilot projects to test and validate innovative technologies, ensuring their full implementation, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives
• Assessment of risks and opportunities associated with strategic IT initiatives and development of strategies to mitigate them. Reviewing and updating risk assessments as the IT strategy evolves
• Optimization of resources for strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with priorities and maximizing ROI
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the IT strategy and ongoing initiatives
• Acting as the CIO’s sparring partner to discuss strategic developments and ad-hoc projects
• Regular evaluation and improvement of existing IT strategies to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals

• Degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Ability to develop IT strategies and link them to business objectives
• Expertise in strategic planning and tools for creating scalable technology roadmaps
• Familiarity with project management methods and tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards to minimize risk during IT transformations
• Ability to use business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Confident use of communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools for creating compelling and visually appealing presentations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage executives, IT, and business teams and influence decision‑making processes
