A leading solar software provider in Munich is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customers through their journey from onboarding to integration. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, fluency in German and English, and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll join a high-performing, EU-based team playing a critical role in Aurora’s European expansion. The team works cross-functionally and across time zones to help solar companies adopt, integrate, and scale Aurora’s platform across diverse markets.

As a Solutions Engineer at Aurora Solar, you’ll support customers throughout their journey from early discovery through onboarding, integration, and ongoing use. You’ll build a strong understanding of Aurora’s platform, APIs, and integrations through hands-on customer work, mentorship, and collaboration with senior team members.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to tailor solutions to customer workflows, support integrations, and lead product training that empower customers to unlock Aurora’s full potential.
