Your Tasks

Want to play an active role in shaping the future of our global O&M procurement? Then you've come to the right place! As Team Lead Procurement O&M Global, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of our global O&M purchasing, developing innovative spare parts and procurement strategies, and ensuring that our global processes are efficient, consistent, and future-oriented. You will negotiate with our key suppliers and drive forward issues such as delivery capability, spare parts availability, and quality & warranty. At the same time, you will lead and strengthen our O&M Procurement team on its way to the next stage of development. Sounds like your next step? Then join our team!

• Strategic alignment of global O&M procurement
• Development and implementation of spare parts and procurement strategies for O&M projects
• Centralization and standardization of global O&M purchasing processes
• Contract negotiations with suppliers on delivery capability and spare parts availability
• Escalation of quality and warranty issues globally
• Regular coordination with the Director SCP on procurement issues
• Management of the O&M procurement teams

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth expertise in procurement and O&M
• Nice to have: experience in the solar industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Your skills: communicative team player with a high sense of responsibility and a conscientious approach to work and leadership skills
