A leading renewable energy company in Munich is seeking a Head of Contract Management to oversee construction contract activities for Solar PV, Wind, and BESS projects in the EMEA region. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector and expertise in EPC/BOP contract models. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a degree in Engineering or Commercial fields. This position offers flexible working hours and a modern office atmosphere.
As Head of Contract Management (all genders), you will lead all construction contract‑related activities for Solar PV, Wind, and BESS projects across the EMEA region. You will define and implement end‑to‑end contracting strategies, processes, and standards, working closely with project management, procurement, legal, engineering, and construction teams, as well as external partners. You will also support ongoing tendering activities and ensure robust, compliant, and commercially sound contracting practices throughout the project lifecycle.
