A global medical technology company is seeking a Strategic Sales Manager for its Neurovascular sector in Germany. This role entails defining GPO strategies, fostering relationships with healthcare leaders, and delivering innovative solutions that shape the healthcare market. Work Flexibility: Field-based
As Strategic Sales Manager for the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), you will play a key role in shaping Stryker’s partnerships with healthcare leaders. Reporting to the Senior Director, COE Enterprise Accounts, with a dotted line to the Business Unit Director Neurovascular GSA, you will be part of the local NV leadership team, driving the strategic direction for enterprise accounts. In this role, you will define and implement strategies for key Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), develop innovative, value-added business solutions, and strengthen long-term executive relationships. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders to enable profitable, sustainable growth, contribute to market access strategy, and help simplify the customer experience.
