As our Senior AI Solution UX Designer (f/m/d), you will contribute to implementing a state-of-the-art user experience and maximize end user productivity to scale up our business according to the company targets.

You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to help them shape a stable production environment.

• Lead and oversee user research initiatives, including planning and conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to generate deep insights that shape product strategy and uncover emerging user needs and behaviors.

• Define and champion user experience strategy by developing and refining user personas, journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design direction and guide cross-functional alignment.

• Partner with executive stakeholders, product leadership, engineers, and end users to co-create solutions that balance usability, visual design, technical feasibility, and business objectives. Serve as the voice of the user in strategic decision-making.

• Deliver and refine advanced design artifacts (wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, prototypes) optimized for diverse devices, platforms, and accessibility standards.

• Identify complex design challenges and lead the creation of innovative, scalable, and elegant solutions that elevate overall user experience and drive measurable product outcomes.

• Foster a culture of user-centered design, guiding teams to rapidly test, validate, and iterate on ideas while embedding feedback loops into the development process.

• Ensure final designs align with product vision, business objectives, and long-term strategy, influencing roadmaps and design system evolution.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, design best practices, and competitive landscapes to proactively inform product strategy and position solutions as leaders in the market.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Digital Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver digital products that have been implemented and adopted by users, ideally innovative solutions addressing complex technical challenges within B2B or enterprise SaaS contexts. Experience with products involving Machine Learning or AI is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in standard UX design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Framer, Lovable, Miro, and conversational AI tools.

• Familiarity with frontend architectures and experience writing clear design specifications and requirements in Jira; ability to effectively communicate designs to Frontend Engineers (basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is beneficial but not required).

• Ability to translate business logic into clear user flows and architectures, with a strong grasp of Machine Learning and GenAI, including their limits, data needs, and how to design workflows for accuracy, explainability, bias, and human-in-the-loop use.

• Solid understanding of Lean Product Development, with proven skill in prioritizing and scoping features, and applying an MVP mindset to balance user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Deep knowledge of human-centered design and design thinking, with the ability to turn user research and insights into product strategies and experiences.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing skills, able to manage conversations, run workshops, and apply a consultative, sales-oriented approach.

• Fluent German and English skill are required
