Your profile
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C industries such as retail, finance, and healthcare.
  • Strong relationships and experience working with C-level executives across Europe.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English and German skills (spoken and written) are required, additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your mission
  • Identify, pursue, and close large-scale enterprise sales opportunities within key industries like retail and finance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business challenges and positioning TRG’s solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across Europe.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and close.
  • Track and manage all opportunities and client interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with TRG’s marketing, data, and product teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish, managing key client relationships and closing high-value deals.
  • Develop sales strategies and work with TRG’s marketing and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Position TRG as Europe’s foremost provider of data-driven marketing and sales services.
