Your Responsibilities
  • Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships
  • Supporting existing customers in Germany and abroad, as well as systematically acquiring new customers
  • Analyzing customer requirements, advising clients, and developing tailored technical solutions
  • Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as inside sales, engineering, and service
  • Conducting contract negotiations with customers
  • On-site customer visits and representing the company at events such as trade fairs

Your Profile
  • A degree in engineering, ideally in plastics engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in selling complex capital goods, ideally in special-purpose machinery
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, combined with confident negotiation abilities
  • Excellent German and English skills. Further languages, especially Polish or Turkish are an advantage
  • A strong sense for market developments and business opportunities
  • A self-driven work style and high level of motivation
  • Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence
