We are currently looking for a Presales Engineer. This is a full-time, remote position based in Germany.

  • Support business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through your technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support.
  • Provide product training and interact closely with partners to ensure they understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services.
  • Gather feedback and insights from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
  • Assist partners in customizing solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical expertise.

Minimum qualifications:

  • College degree or higher in science or engineering (Electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry is preferred.
  • Strong self-drive, proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing interactions and delivering training.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
  • Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and quick grasp of new, complex information.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages like French, Italian, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
  • Class B driver's license for Germany.
