As Sales Manager Luxury Fiber (m/f/d) at AmSilk, you will be at the forefront of commercializing our cutting-edge bioengineered silk fibers in the luxury textile and fashion industry. Your role will involve driving strategic sales initiatives, building long-term partnerships with high-end brands and establishing AmSilk as a leader in sustainable luxury materials. Your mission will be to translate the unique value of our fibers into compelling business opportunities across the global luxury ecosystem.

Your responsibility and impact within AMSilk company means to:
  • Implement a targeted sales strategy for the luxury textile market that is aligned with the objectives of the Fibre Business Unit
  • Build strategic customer relationships. Cultivate and manage relationships with luxury fashion houses, textile manufacturers and key industry influencers
  • Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term commercial partnerships to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Work with the Application Technology and R&D teams to ensure that product offerings meet market expectations and customer needs
  • Act as the commercial representative of AmSilk at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings, showcasing our fibre innovations
  • Gather and share market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions
  • Lead negotiations, define pricing strategies and manage contractual agreements with luxury clients
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance updates to leadership
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers by coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Partner with technical experts to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to luxury textile applications
Your areas of knowledge and expertise are:
  • Master's degree in Business, Textile Management or Fashion Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development in the luxury textile or fashion industry
  • Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, textile value chains and sustainable materials
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of French or Italian would be an advantage
  • Experience of working with European luxury brands, ideally in France or Italy
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with textile processes and luxury product standards
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
