Your Tasks
- Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market demands
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and releases based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product development teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to execute on the product roadmap efficiently and effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use market insights to make informed product decisions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Use data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and revenue growth
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (m/f/d) with a track record of successfully bringing products to market
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
