• We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager to take ownership of the event driven architecture domain within SAP LeanIX. Together with our Shared Services Engineering teams, you will not only ensure that we offer a scalable, flexible SaaS infrastructure - but you will also be responsible for defining processes & solutions to support further scaling.
• You will be at the center of our platform’s nervous system, owning the critical services that power our event-driven architecture.
• You will empower both our customers and internal teams by managing a vital webhook service, and you will enable your fellow engineers to innovate by providing a custom code execution environment.
• By developing a service that helps customers build their own integrations, you will directly contribute to their success and flexibility.
• Underpinning all of this, you will be the steward of our core event streaming platform, ensuring the reliability and scale that our entire ecosystem depends on.
• Technical Product Managers at SAP LeanIX are regular product team members, but they have an additional level of software development expertise that makes it easier to excel while working with teams.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in product management
• Experience with event driven architecture (e.g. Kafka, Azure Event Hub…) and other technologies related to the team (webhooks, custom code execution, custom integrations). The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and is focused on understanding stakeholder problems
• Strong ability to analyze internal stakeholder/customer needs, industry trends, and technical constraints to drive product decisions
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Motivation to engage mostly with internal stakeholders and translate insights into product improvements
• Experience in structured planning and aligning roadmaps across multiple stakeholders

• You will join the Shared service tribe, whose mission is to design, build, and maintain a reliable, scalable, and secure platform that serves as the foundation for SAP LeanIX products and services.
• The tribe strives to enable seamless experiences for our customers by ensuring high performance and continuous availability.
• Together with the team, you will shape the future of the event streaming architecture and the custom code execution environment at SAP LeanIX, enabling all stakeholders to create value for our customers.
• At SAP LeanIX P&E, we embrace a hybrid setup, combining in-person collaboration at our hubs in Bonn, Munich, Berlin, Dresden, Walldorf, and Ljubljana with flexible work models.
