As B2B Technical Marketing Manager (m/f/x) your mission is to strengthen GameFabric’s B2B brand positioning and organic visibility by turning complex technical and product knowledge into scalable, SEO-driven content assets.
Your primary goal is to make technical knowledge usable, unblock Marketing’s dependency on Product & Tech, and ensure consistent B2B output.
You report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Your mission
- Act as Marketing’s primary interface toward Product, Engineering, and Tech stakeholders.
- Extract technical and product information even when documentation is incomplete or stakeholders are difficult to access.
- Make progress without waiting for perfect inputs or full consensus.
- Follow up persistently and resolve blockers with clear ownership and next steps.
- Own the SEO-driven B2B content roadmap for GameFabric (topics, priorities, formats).
- Translate raw technical input into clear briefs and outlines for writers and SEO.
- Work closely with the B2B Content Writer to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and search‑intent alignment.
- Develop lightweight, credibility‑driven initiatives (e.g. technical blog series, developer interviews, podcasts, AMAs, small hackathon concepts).
- Focus on durable brand assets rather than one‑off campaigns.
- Maintain visibility on content pipelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Report concisely on progress, blockers, and decisions.
- Improve internal processes to reduce friction between Marketing, Product, and Tech.
Your profile
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, developer marketing, or technical content operations.
- Proven experience working directly with technical stakeholders (engineering, product, IT).
- Comfortable operating with incomplete information and tight feedback loops.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic content strategy.
- Clear, direct communicator in English. German is a plus.
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, developer tooling, hosting, or infrastructure products.
- Experience with technical documentation or developer‑facing content.
- Interest in community formats such as podcasts or technical roundtables.
