Ackerherz is the German expansion of the French scale-up La Fourche. With over 150,000 members and 350 employees, La Fourche is the market leader in the online organic segment in France. We are looking for a Community & Content Marketing Manager who will bring our brand strategy to life and use their strategic and creative flair to develop the right hooks, messages, and videos for our community. You will work directly with our performance and creative team and develop a content and community strategy together with our CRM, offering, and influencer team.

Responsibilities
  • Refine our brand positioning and define the best strategy for communicating our identity and promoting our business model.
  • Grow a community committed to the brand and our values : test different online and offline channels / events to activate our members and provide them with a platform to engage with us
  • You own and grow our Social Media page (today mainly Instagram) by creating engaging organic social media content (photo, text, and video) that is tailored to our target audience - with you as the face of Ackerherz.
  • You will find, contact, and support UGC creators and organize their content productions.
  • You coordinate videos, images, and briefings between freelancers and performance marketing and ensure that sufficient content is available for performance marketing campaigns
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for our visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring all marketing outputs align with our creative and brand strategy
  • Managing and responding to all comments across our social media channels

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Content Marketing, Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Brand Manager) in a startup / scale-up environment
  • Technical skills in image and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, CapCut).
  • Detailed knowledge about all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their specific requirements.
  • Linguistic sensitivity & confident writing : Your texts are concise, lively, and creative—and flawless spelling and grammar are a given for you.
  • No fear of the camera : You're not only skilled behind the camera, but also confident and authentic as a creator in front of the lens.
  • You have excellent brand awareness, with real experience in understanding consumers and analyzing market trends
  • You are able to define a strong brand narrative and articulate it across all channels and throughout the entire customer journey
  • You have an analytical mind, know how to optimize processes, and maintain an ROI-focused perspective on your actions.
  • German Native Speaker and English C1 for collaboration with the French team
  • You have a genuine desire to get involved in a meaningful mission and you are interested in topics such as food transition, access to better food, and responsible / positive consumption.
