Ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Fahrradtechnologie sucht einen Key Account Manager (KAM). Sie sind für OEM-Kunden in der Fahrradindustrie verantwortlich und arbeiten eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um den Verkaufsprozess zu optimieren. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vertriebsgetriebenen Position sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Fahrradindustrie sind erforderlich. Reisebereitschaft und ein Führerschein sind notwendig. Die Stelle bietet die Möglichkeit zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung.
Aufgaben:
As KAM you will be responsible for dedicated OEM customers in the Bicycle industry as the first face of Panasonic. Schedule appointments and meetings, assess client requirements, create and deliver compelling sales presentations. Drive sales on your dedicated customers to the next level. Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions on a legal and contractual basis. Collaborate with internal teams like Inside Sales, Order Administration, Product Management etc. Lead forecast and order operations through PSI (Production/Sales/Inventory) planning. Conduct PSI operations with clients and internal teams. Schedule regular meetings and monitor client accounts and market demand. Provide regular updates and reports to our management on activities and results.
