A leading multinational company in Berlin is seeking a Regional Talent Development Manager to design and implement impactful talent management strategies. This role involves partnering with Global Talent Management and HR Business Partners, where you'll lead performance management processes and develop tailored leadership programs. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in talent management and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and must demonstrate strong understanding of cultural nuances across regions. This role is full-time and includes travel requirements.
As a Regional Talent Development Manager at MKS you will partner with the Global Talent Management team and regional HR Business Partners to design and implement impactful talent development strategies across this role. You will report to the Sr Manager Global Learning and Development based in the United States.
