In this role, you will lead the installation of technical systems and business process solutions, offering your expertise to help clients navigate complex issues. As a senior member of the team, you will not only develop process documentation but also train users to ensure they can effectively use the technology. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative solutions and proactive troubleshooting.

• Lead installations of technical systems and process designs for client technology solutions.
• Dynamically configure Salesforce applications using declarative automation and data integrity tools.
• Provide fit/gap analysis and detailed Level of Effort (LOE) for configuration options.
• Assist in avoiding potential issues with thorough knowledge of data models and automation points.
• Remediate non-PDI technical issues effectively.
• Design holistic solutions to optimize user experience and application security.
• Articulate the value of strategy, APIs, and tools for deployment and release management.
• Promote cross-team collaboration to deliver end-user product configurations.
• Encourage continuous learning and create personalized learning paths.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations.

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Salesforce App Builder certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Declarative automation/tooling solutioning experience.
• Experience in data management modeling, querying, conversion, and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodology and related tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or core Salesforce CRM objects.
