This role involves establishing agreements for high-voltage connections and collaborating with grid operators. Interested in taking ownership of the Grid Connection agreements for one of Europe’s most ambitious clean energy rollouts?
As an experienced Grid Integration / Connection Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing bespoke medium & high-voltage grid connection agreements for multiple ~100MW electrolyzer projects (110–380kV).
It's a high-impact position with a significant amount of responsibility, that could stretch to include tendering, procurement, sales, future leadership, and broader strategic involvement, depending on your preferences.

Language skills: Fluent German and English is required (native German isn't a necessity, but ideally you'll be a good enough level to discuss regulatory frameworks with TSO's etc)
