Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development activities to hone your skills.

Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
