Luro Health is excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant currently licensed in the state of Vermont. This full‑time remote position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high quality virtual care in obesity medicine while working from the comfort of your home. You will be mentored by our co‑founder and CMO, Dr. Jamie Kane, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dieticians, behavioral health specialists and health coaches.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality healthcare services to our clients. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in the Health and Fitness industry, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance patient care and promote a healthier lifestyle. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare delivery at Luro Health.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $125,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional development and well‑being.

What You Will Do

• Conduct real‑time video visits and follow‑ups for chronic care, remote monitoring and urgent needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and counseling to empower healthier choices.
• Document care accurately in our EHR systems.
• Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) in compliance with DEA regulations.
• Uphold clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Leverage telehealth platforms and AI‑driven tools to deliver efficient, effective care.

What We Are Looking For

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Vermont (required) not pending or willing to obtain.
• Education: Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP program (required).
• Certification: Board certified NP (ANCC/AANP) or NCCPA certified PA‑C (preferred).
• Experience: At least one year practicing independently as an NP or PA‑C; telehealth and obesity medicine experience preferred.
• Other: Reliable internet and HIPAA‑compliant workspace.
