Zusammenfassung
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to work in Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires native-level German and a good command of English. You will support customers as the first point of contact and handle their inquiries. The position includes a full relocation package, performance bonuses, private medical insurance, and ongoing training.

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and address customer needs effectively.
