The role requires hands‑on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules, including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, and the ability to deliver AI‑driven solutions that optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI‑driven workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Apply AI and automation capabilities to enhance products (e.g., SPM, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD processes).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI‑enabled ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop predictive analytics, virtual agents and other intelligent solutions.
- Support integration with third‑party applications and other enterprise systems.
- Provide guidance on AI adoption within the ServiceNow platform.
- EU citizenship required.
- Proven hands‑on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (3 minimum): SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and Automation capabilities.
- Experience implementing AI‑driven solutions in a business environment.
- ServiceNow certifications in relevant modules and AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of integration frameworks and scripting within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a cross‑functional team.
