• Design, implement, and optimize AI‑driven workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Apply AI and automation capabilities to enhance products (e.g., SPM, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD processes).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI‑enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop predictive analytics, virtual agents and other intelligent solutions.
