This position works out of our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim Abbott GmbH location.

• Integrate, harmonize and analyze data from multiple functions and data sources to provide holistic insights, support to plan and forecast and assess value streams for new and existing processes
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, and support continuous improvement across the EMEA service organization
• Support the shaping of data-informed strategies that enhance service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction through the EMEA Service Operation Excellence team (EMEA OP EX)

• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
• Support process mapping, standardization, and optimization initiatives through quantitative analysis
• Analyze end-to-end service processes using data to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define and monitor process KPIs
• Develop dashboards and reports to track process performance and compliance
• Provide data-driven support for Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects
• Contribute to the design and implementation of digital tools and automation to streamline service workflows
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and process documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience

Knowledge

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN)
• Familiarity with service operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of AI Based analytics and Agents

Skills

• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet)
• Experience in storytelling and providing actionable insights to Executives
• English fluency in speaking and writing

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on process improvement or operational excellence
