Job summary
A leading tech travel company in Germany seeks Business Travel Consultants to provide support to corporate travelers via app, calls, and emails. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in travel consulting, fluency in both German and English, and strong GDS knowledge. This home-based role offers a competitive salary of up to 44,000 Euros plus benefits, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.

- 3+ years of GDS experience.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Provide top tier support via chat, calls and email.
- Book hotels, flights, car and rail bookings using a GDS.
- Guide customers in self-service options on the App.
- Respond promptly, meeting SLA expectations.
- Quickly assess customer needs, urgency and preferences.
