Growth Product Manager

Dune is on a mission to make crypto data accessible. We’re a collaborative multi‑chain analytics platform used by thousands of developers, analysts, and investors to understand the on‑chain world and the frontiers of finance. We’re a team of ~60 employees working together across Europe and eastern US timezones. We believe in our mission and in building a powerful, open product that allows individuals and communities to do deep research into important ecosystems like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and many more.

In February 2022, we announced our Series B funding round led by Coatue and Union Square Ventures, a milestone that allowed us to double down on our mission. We’re using the funds to educate, reward, and empower a new generation of on‑chain analysts.

We’re searching for a Growth PM to build and operationalise Dune’s growth engine across all of our products. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and sales – bridging insights from usage analytics into campaigns, experiments, and funnels that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

In This Role, You Will

• Build our growth engine, standing up the core systems that turn signups into pipeline and revenue.
• Design and execute growth experiments to increase activation and conversion.
• Work closely with product, design, and marketing to operationalise user data and create full‑funnel motions.
• Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and partner with a data contractor to surface insights.
• Support all Dune product lines by tailoring growth strategies to different user journeys and GTM needs.
• Run manual outreach and build scrappy workflows while setting up automation for later.

Requirements for This Role

• Experience driving growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell – not just one slice of the funnel.
• Comfort both strategising and rolling up sleeves to run campaigns, set up tools, and ship experiments.
• Comfortable hacking together quick solutions while keeping long‑term scalability in mind.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, product analytics (Amplitude, Metabase), A/B testing, onboarding flows, and CRM/automation tools.
• Ability to define metrics, instrument funnels, and turn product data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with data teams or SQL to self‑serve insights.
• Prior work in product‑led growth, ideally with self‑serve → enterprise motions.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and insights to optimise decision‑making, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity.
