A leading tech travel company in Germany seeks Business Travel Consultants to provide support to corporate travelers via app, calls, and emails. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in travel consulting, fluency in both German and English, and strong GDS knowledge. This home-based role offers a competitive salary of up to 44,000 Euros plus benefits, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant or airline reservations agent.
• 3+ years of GDS experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

• Guide customers in self-service options on the App.
• Respond promptly, meeting SLA expectations.
• Quickly assess customer needs, urgency and preferences.

Business travel consultants skills required

• 5 years plus experience as a travel consultant, Business travel consultant or airline reservations agent
• Fluent in German and English is a must
• 3years plus GDS experience, either Galileo, sabre or Amadeus
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
