A leading construction and infrastructure development organization is seeking a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead technical and engineering operations for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in construction leadership, compliance management, and technical guidance. Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure development organization delivering large-scale civil, structural, and engineering projects across Nigeria through its subsidiaries (TSL and TBSL). As the organization continues to scale complex construction projects, it is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead all technical and engineering operations at the highest level.
