Job summary
A hotel company in Magdeburg is seeking a dedicated cleaning staff member to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role requires at least one year of cleaning experience, communication skills, and knowledge of chemical handling. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This position offers the opportunity to ensure high standards of quality in a hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
Responsibilities
- Clean hotel public areas as assigned.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
- Restock cart at end of shift.
- Complete additional deep cleaning functions as scheduled.
Skills
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. This role handles guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Returns and restocks cart at end of shift. Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled. Other duties as assigned.
