• As a valued partner on equal footing with clients and contractors, you will work as a construction supervisor from execution to acceptance.
• You will coordinate and document the implementation of the measures we have planned and ensure the quality of execution through regular site inspections and consultations.
• In addition to preparing and conducting construction meetings and keeping construction logs, your tasks include checking measurements and construction invoicing.
• You will support our project managers in scheduling, contract and addendum management, and handling VOB correspondence.
• You will independently manage, organise and prioritise project deadlines. In doing so, you will maintain an overview of ongoing projects at all times.
• You are characterised by an independent and structured way of working.

• Completed training as an electrician or experience as a property supervisor or site manager.
• Confident manner, strong solution-oriented approach and ability to moderate the different interests of those involved in the project.
• You have or are planning to complete training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering.
• Confident handling of the relevant standards and the VOB (German construction contract rules) or willingness to learn them.
• You have strong teamwork skills and can prioritise tasks independently.
• You enjoy communication and have very good verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Travel within Germany is no problem for you.
